Sean is a Service Design Lead in Prophet's New York office who blends industrial design, business design and behavioral economics to create memorable moments people want, need and love. Specializing in service design, he works to orchestrate the entire experience from the board room to the storefront.
Sean has helped clients in Australia and the United States define business strategy from customer needs and transform their business. He has worked across a wide range of industries of problems including scaling an online grocery pick-up and delivery experience for a major US supermarket chain, implementing a new voice of the customer program in a utility provider, launching a life insurance start-up from the ground up and just recently inspiring a major global retailer to create more equitable experiences for their most high visibility experience.
