Throughout her extensive 20+ year career, she has devoted herself to strengthening the connection between organizations and their employees, fostering mutual growth and success.

Renowned for her innate curiosity, Justine is a seasoned thought leader who conducts primary generational research, leveraging her findings to pioneer innovative approaches for businesses to optimize their performance for all stakeholders.

With an unwavering focus on solutions and forward-thinking strategies, Justine infuses every project with positivity, enthusiasm and insightful expertise. She has played an instrumental role in helping prestigious clients like Astra Zeneca, Lindt & Sprungli, Kuoni, Enterprise Rent-a-Car and KPMG in cultivating values-driven cultures and exceptional employee experiences.
Prior to joining Prophet, Justine founded and served as the managing director of talentsmoothie, an organizational development consultancy.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she boasts a diverse range of interests, including home farming where she tends to lambs and pigs and she once put her endurance to the test competing in the British Steel Challenge “Round the World” Yacht Race.
