Livie Casto

Livie is a Business Design Director in Prophet’s New York office, specializing in business model innovations that help companies achieve uncommon growth.

Her mission is to make the world a better place by solving the unmet needs of human beings. Her creative approach — sharpened by years of musical training —is to listen for moments of discord. She helps clients translate those notes into insights that inspire dramatic change and transformative growth. 

Before joining Prophet, she worked at Method and Fjord as founding members of their business design disciplines. And she helped lead SoulCycle’s expansion into new markets. Livie has worked with companies in wellness, fashion, healthcare, education and agriculture, sharpening experiences and enriching customer connections. She is on the emeritus council of Women in Innovation, a non-profit focused on closing the gender equity gap.

She graduated from New York University and earned a master’s in strategic design and management from the New School, where she is also an adjunct professor.
