Paul Lambert

Paul is a partner in our London office, helping companies across EMEA shape new operating models, their future workforce and culture to drive uncommon growth.

An industry leader in organizational transformation, he’s spent more than 20 years delivering high-impact results in workforce planning and change management. Before joining Prophet, he held similar posts at Korn Ferry and PA Consulting, steering multi-billion pound projects for UK National Rail, the European Space Agency and the UK Defence Equipment Agency.

Paul also leads the Henley Business School People and Organizational Change Executive Programmes. He is a founder of the European Organization Design Forum (EODF), connecting leading OD practitioners in Europe and the U.S. He speaks regularly at business conferences and often writes for leading publications on workforce and organizational issues.

Paul lives in the Surrey Hills. He spends as much time outdoors as he can, mountain biking, open water swimming and keeping up with two teenage daughters.
