Serena Peters

Serena is an Associate Partner in Prophet’s New York office where she brings a diverse mix of marketing and consulting experience. Her approach to digital and marketing transformations focuses on people and processes – from rolling out new ways of working and deploying talent transformation programs to restructuring operating models and re-engineering processes. Serena also has a strong grasp on marketing technology, having led implementation projects that required stakeholder management across both the business and IT. Serena collaborates with her clients to ensure that they are looking at transformations holistically in order to improve their customer experience.
