Alix Hahn

Alix Hahn serves as the Chief People Officer at Prophet. In her role, she leads the firm’s overall talent strategy, including global talent acquisition, learning & development, culture and engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent operations and technology.

Prior to this role, Alix spent 20 years leading global talent acquisition as the architect of the build and expansion of strategic capabilities and geographic reach for the firm. She has been instrumental in building and developing an exceptional workforce and guiding the talent organization through periods of rapid growth.

After graduating from Tufts University, Alix began her career at Monitor Company (now part of Deloitte), where she drove campus recruiting efforts and first realized the fulfillment of firm building through hiring. Following her time at Monitor, she continued her path in talent leadership as an executive search consultant in the Professional Services Practice at Korn/Ferry International, the world's largest executive search firm.

Alix works out of Prophet’s New York office and lives in Connecticut with her husband and son. She is a passionate advocate for disability rights and equality, volunteering and supporting multiple organizations committed to opportunities for the disabled. She is also a recreational skier, competitive sailor, and a vocal Boston sports fan.
