Alix Hahn

Alix is a SVP, Interim Chief People Officer in Prophet's New York office, responsible for the firm's global recruiting efforts. She works closely with the rest of the People Team to ensure Prophet hires, trains, and retains an exceptional workforce.

Prior to joining Prophet, Alix was an executive search consultant with Korn/Ferry International, the world's largest executive search firm, where she was a member of the Professional Services Practice. She worked closely with clients to identify, evaluate, and hire senior level talent. Alix started her career with Monitor Company, a leading strategy consulting firm.

Alix earned a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.
