She has served a range of clients, from startups to the Fortune 500, with a focus on marketing and digital transformation strategy. She is passionate about the human element of transformation - ensuring customer needs drive the strategy and the entire organization is empowered to execute it.

Prior to Prophet, Bracken worked in digital marketing within the technology and retail industries, specializing in DTC E-Commerce. She earned a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.
