Daniel Jarosch

Daniel is a Senior Partner in the APAC region, leading Prophet’s work across growth, AI and business transformation. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a CEO, founder, and senior advisor, partnering with boards and executive teams on growth, portfolio choices and enterprise-wide change.

At Prophet, Daniel helps clients unlock new growth and strengthen their core businesses through market-led innovation and the practical application of AI. His work spans growth strategy, brand-led transformation, innovation and organisational change—using technology as an enabler, not an end in itself. He is known for a strong bias toward execution, commercial impact and long-term value creation.

Daniel has led work across APAC with market-leading, category-defining brands as well as founder-led and growth-stage companies. His experience spans consumer and retail, B2B, fintech, energy and climate tech. He brings particular depth in building corporate growth engines, scaling innovation, integrating acquisitions and governing complex transformation portfolios.

Before joining Prophet, Daniel was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, advising senior leaders on growth, strategy and large-scale transformation. Earlier in his career, he built and scaled multiple businesses as a CEO and founder, taking four companies through IPO and acquisition, including a ~$200M public listing and several successful trade sales.
