Flora Wang

Flora is a senior engagement manager working in Prophet's Shanghai office. With over six years of experience in consulting, she has a strong passion for consumer insights and brand strategy - bringing a detail-oriented, result-driven and people-centric approach to her work with clients.

Prior to Prophet, Flora worked as a consultant for Accenture for a few years, helping clients with operational efficiency and digital strategy development. During her journey with Accenture, she acquired profound experiences in large-scale project management and implementation. She worked with senior management teams from several global leading consumer goods companies across different geography and culture disciplines. Before that, she helped establish a new venture model in Asia Pacific at a global entrepreneurship incubator.

Flora has a variety of hobbies, namely painting, learning about new cultures and developing new gastronomic recipes. Last but not least, she is passionate about topics such as children, education and social welfare.

Flora received her B.S. from Fudan University and a M.B.A. from INSEAD.
