Jen Casimiro

Jen Casimiro (she/her) is Prophet's director of diversity, equity and inclusion, based in San Francisco. She designs and integrates equity programs and processes that have a positive impact at the individual, interpersonal and institutional levels.
She firmly believes everyone can be an inclusive leader, given the space, resources and guidance. What inspires Jen every day is the opportunity to support others in recognizing this leadership potential, whether through one-on-one coaching, examining team dynamics or formal programmatic training. With plenty of empathy and direct collaboration, she concentrates on systems of power and their impact, helping organizations make more equitable decisions. Before joining Prophet, she served as IDEO's senior talent director of diversity, equity and inclusion.
She earned her bachelor's degree in American studies from the University of California Santa Cruz, focusing on racial justice. Born and raised in San Francisco, Jen is a lifelong Golden State Warriors fan, a mom and a Nike-loving sneakerhead.
