Kara Glassman

Kara is a senior consultant in Prophet's New York office, helping companies sharpen their organizational culture, then leveraging it for new areas of growth.

With a newly-minted master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Kara applies the latest thinking in corporate culture to companies striving for effective change. And she believes that successful growth always stems from a single ingredient: Empathy. Before joining Prophet, she was an enterprise account manager at Reonomy, a real estate software company, and a marketing analyst at American Express.

She earned her master's from Touro University and an undergraduate degree in business management from Franklin & Marshall College. Kara lives in New York, and although she is an avid runner, skier and traveler, she tries to sit still now and then. Her favorite quote comes from Ferris Bueller: Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around occasionally, you could miss it.
