Kaylyn Chan

Kaylyn is a Senior Associate in Prophet’s Hong Kong office, specializing in brand strategy and customer insights, helping clients accelerate growth and reach new markets.

With experience in the hospitality, financial services, consumer products and healthcare industries, she collaborates with such clients as Samsung, AB InBev, Marriott International and Fidelity. Before joining Prophet, Kaylyn worked for Airport Authority Hong Kong, using customer insights to improve travel experiences at the Hong Kong International Airport.

She is native in both Cantonese and Mandarin and fluent in written and spoken English. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, majoring in marketing and management.
