Lindsay McDonnell

Lindsay is Director, Performance Marketing at Prophet, based in Wilmington, North Carolina. She leads the development of strategic digital marketing programs, overseeing seven professionals to create strategies that increase brand awareness, drive demand generation and ultimately convert more qualified leads.

Offline, she’s an adventurer, favoring trips that include malaria pills, natural wonders and bungee cords. She brings that same spirit to digital exploration. Since joining Prophet again, she has led the digital marketing function, modernizing web properties and creating insights-driven and effective lead generation programs. And she’s learned that often, the most important part of this work is saying “no” to ideas that aren’t strategic.

She also worked as a senior digital strategist and advisor for ClearEdge Marketing and an integrated marketing specialist for Assurance, a top 50 U.S. insurance brokerage.

Lindsay earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University, a Master’s Degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Alabama and a post-graduate digital marketing certificate from New York University. Life in North Carolina lets her indulge her love of all things salty, including oysters, beaches, jet skis and kayaking.
