EXPERT PROFILE
Alex Moseman
Former Associate Partner
New York
Alex is a former associate partner in Prophet's New York office, specializing in digital product management. He's an expert in improving the agility of cross-functional teams to help companies develop new ways of delivering innovative products for their customers.
He's honed his approach to innovation in many ways–working in product development at both startups and large companies (not to mention a few insights from the overnight shift at a 7-Eleven in Baltimore). He understands what powers effective innovation. He believes that General Dwight D. Eisenhower's battle strategy applies to digital innovation: "I have learned that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable."
Before joining Prophet, Alex was Director of Strategic Innovation for Samsung. He's also held key roles at Native Design and Usablenet. He began his career as a Producer at ad agencies, including mcgarrybowen, TBWA and J. Walter Thompson, helping brands unlock the power of digital.
He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in jazz guitar from New York University. And he’s a fierce football fan (that's both the Ravens and Man United), loves his Nike sneakers and is trying to learn Vietnamese cooking.
