Aviva Tropp

Aviva is a partner in Prophet’s New York office. She focuses on helping clients grow through customer and brand-led transformation.

With expertise in healthcare, consumer packaged goods, financial services, retail, and hospitality, Aviva has worked with industry-leading brands including Mayo Clinic, BD, Keurig Green Mountain, MetLife, Capital One, PNC, CVS, and Hyatt.

Prior to joining Prophet, Aviva worked on the client side. She handled marketing and travel innovation at American Express, and she ran a P&L as a brand manager at General Mills.

Aviva holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management. She also graduated Summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University with a degree in Anthropology.

Aviva enjoys running, listening to NPR, and exploring New York City with her husband and two daughters. She is always in search of a great book, Netflix show or podcast recommendation.
