Charlotte Barkdull

Charlotte is an Engagement Manager out of Prophet’s Richmond office. As a strategist, she has worked with brands across hospitality, healthcare, CPG, and QSR to fuel growth and deepen impact through reimagined customer and employee experiences, operating model design, transformation road mapping, and more. She is passionate about applying direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies and principles to both B2C and B2B companies alike.

Prior to joining Prophet, Charlotte graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Spanish.
