Jessie Mark

Jessie Mark joined Prophet in 2021. Based in our San Francisco office, she brings expertise in acquisition integration, talent strategy and employee engagement. In her role as Director of Integration, Jessie oversees integration planning for acquisitions and program development for acquired, hired and contracted talent, ensuring all new Propheteers feel a sense of belonging, support and momentum as they begin their careers with the firm.

Prior to joining Prophet, Jessie completed Cisco’s Human Resources Leadership Program where she held several roles including Global Benefits and Total Rewards Consultant, HR Business Partner and Mergers & Acquisition People Integration Consultant. Before pursuing her MBA, Jessie began her career in advertising (J3/Universal McCann; Midas Exchange/GroupM), leading teams of media buyers and contributing meaningfully to the development of early-in-career talent.

Jessie holds an B.A. in History from Duke University and an M.B.A from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
