Julia Dowling

Julia is the Director of Learning & Development at Prophet. Based in our New York office, she leads a cross-functional team that works closely with our business leaders to develop strategies that will drive the upskilling and growth of our firm's global talent.

During her time at Prophet, she previously worked as an Engagement Manager across a variety of industries including financial services, telecom and healthcare. She has worked to reposition legacy brands for future growth, reinvent customer experiences for new business ventures and help identify and define new strategic growth moves for global F500 companies.

Julia graduated from University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Leadership Studies.
