Tracy Xu

Tracy is an engagement manager in Prophet’s Shanghai office. She has committed in designing unique strategic solutions tailored to address pressing challenges and unlock growth potential of multiple regional and multinational clients in APAC region.

Prior to joining Prophet, Tracy has worked with Monitor Deloitte in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Her project experiences include: market entry strategy, growth strategy, business model review, investment & distribution strategy and supply chain strategy and implementation.
She has served clients in China, Singapore and Australia, covering industries including asset management, retail, consumer products and automotive. Type of clients she served ranging from government institutes, Fortune 500 companies, international brand to local private companies. She also has experience working at internal strategy for a U.S. financial service company and an international education start-up.

With Master degree in Business Analytics from University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and Bachelor degree in Economics from Boston College, Tracy has a solid understanding on how to transform insights into business recommendations to help companies succeed. Meanwhile, she is also a passionate world traveler and has been to 40+ countries so far.
