William Li, an Engagement Manager at Prophet's Hong Kong office, helps leading brands formulate strategies to achieve business growth and transformation, driving customer centricity in organizations and creating seamless customer experiences by harnessing digital to drive sales and loyalty. Prior to joining Prophet, William was part of the customer strategy and applied design team at Deloitte, and the digital customer team at PwC Consulting.

William oversees a wide range of client engagements for Prophet. He primarily focuses on customer centric growth strategies, taking on projects from strategy to execution. William's strengths and expertise lie in areas of loyalty programs, digital strategy, customer relationship management, digital marketing and front office transformations.

Over the years, William has worked across a wide range of industries, serving clients such as JP Morgan, Coca Cola, Toys R Us, INSEAD, Cathay Pacific, Jardine Matheson, Swire Properties, Chinachem, Hong Kong Land, Li & Fung, West Kowloon, and AIA.

William graduated from the University of Waterloo in Canada and majored in Physics and Business.
