‘Hats’ Off to Risk: Beazley and Prophet Debut Visually Bold Campaign

LONDON – Prophet, the Uncommon Growth Company, announced its ongoing collaboration with global insurer Beazley to develop and launch Hats, a bold new brand campaign. 

Beazley is a global specialty insurer with more than four decades of experience in underwriting and claims services across a broad range of risks. Their Hats brand campaign brings a fresh, visually arresting twist to how Beazley tells its risk story, building on its 2023 brand refresh, also led by Prophet. 

The visual centerpiece of the campaign is a striking series of hand-painted, photorealistic portraits of Beazley’s historic bowler hat, each uniquely styled to represent a different area of specialist risk. The concept creatively illustrates Beazley’s ability to “wear many hats” in service of its clients, reinforcing the breadth and depth of its expertise. 

Beazley’s story began with two chairs and a hat stand, eventually leading them to Lloyd’s of London. Their iconic bowler hat, reimagined by still life painter Joel Penkman, takes center stage in a series of photorealistic portraits, each styled to represent a distinct area of risk. 

Launched on September 22, the Hats campaign is now live across London Underground stations and major transport hubs, bringing bold storytelling and a quietly confident brand presence.
