New Senior Leadership Hire Strengthens Prophet’s Organizational and Culture Transformation Capabilities

February 15, 2022

NEW YORK – Prophet, the leading growth and transformation consultancy, is continuing to strengthen its global organizational and culture transformation capabilities with the addition of a new senior partner, Tina Naser. Based in Prophet’s New York office, Naser brings over 25 years of experience designing organizational, culture and talent strategies for clients across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and aviation. Her considerable expertise will help Prophet’s clients unlock a human-centered approach to organizational transformation.

Most recently, Naser was the global practice leader for IBM Consulting’s Talent Transformation Strategy practice. In that role, she helped Fortune 100 companies drive enterprise-wide digital transformations, build resilient and agile operating models, accelerate upskilling and reskilling and embed DE&I principles across the talent lifecycle. In addition, Naser served as the people experience executive sponsor, overseeing career progression, talent reviews, recruiting, learning and development, DE&I and community programs for IBM Consulting. Previously, she held senior roles at Oliver Wyman, Credit Suisse and Deloitte Consulting.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tina to Prophet,” said Tony Fross, partner and Organization and Culture practice lead at Prophet. “Her extensive expertise, proven leadership and passion for transformation will enable us to help even more clients unlock uncommon growth and transform their organization and culture.”

Naser is a hands-on philanthropist focused on DE&I, education and women’s rights. She is an advisor, investor and mentor for Conscious Venture Lab, an early-stage business accelerator that invests in purpose-driven start-ups founded by women and minorities. In addition, she serves as a Board Member for The Galavante in the World Foundation, focused on evacuating, resettling and funding scholarships for students and alums from The American University of Afghanistan. She is also a mentor for Women in America.

“Throughout my career, I have learned that the most successful companies are the ones that operate at the intersection of profit, people and purpose- that shareholder value is an outcome, not a raison d’etre,” said Naser. “I am excited to join Prophet and help our clients unlock sustainable, high-impact growth.”
