Prophet Appoints Tobias Bärschneider to Executive Committee, Strengthening Global Leadership Team 

SAN FRANCISCO – Prophet proudly announces the appointment of Tobias Bärschneider, Senior Partner and EMEA Regional Lead, to its Executive Committee. As Prophet embarks on the next phase of its growth journey, Tobias’ inclusion in the Executive Committee underscores the firm’s commitment to fortify its strategic focus and precision as it continues to scale across regions outside of North America.  

With 17 years of experience at Prophet, Tobias brings a wealth of knowledge garnered from working with global clients like Electrolux, Siemens and Shell. In the past 5 years, he has led Prophet’s EMEA business, steering strong growth across diverse markets. Mobilizing a team of leaders across consulting and corporate functions, Tobias has laid solid foundations for future expansion.
