Bernhard Schaar

Bernhard is a Partner at Prophet in Berlin. In his more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, he has developed a special focus on Brand as well as Marketing & Sales, supporting leading businesses in brand development (incl. brand identity and positioning, value propositions, CX) and growth moves (portfolio, growth opportunities, marketing organization, digital transformation).
Since joining Prophet in 2007, Bernhard has become a trusted advisor for a variety of industries, with a special interest and passion for B2B and specialized FMCG. In his role, he led major initiatives for a wide range of clients (industrial goods, healthcare and life sciences, telco, specialized FMCG) and geographies:
He supports clients both in his European home markets and globally, gaining relevant project experience in many different geographies, such as the US, South America, Asia, and Africa.
While based in Berlin now, Bernhard’s entire career has been international, from the beginning, having lived and worked in Spain and France. He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish and holds a double degree in International Business from the European School of Business in Reutlingen, Germany, and ICADE in Madrid, Spain.
