Jorge is a former partner in Prophet’s San Francisco office, where he serves Technology, Media & Communications clients. He has more than 20 years of experience working with business leaders to create momentum in their careers, with their teams, and in their organizations at large.
Jorge works with global clients on customer-centric transformations. In particular, Jorge advises clients on customer strategy and customer experience topics, such as purpose and strategic narrative, brand strategy and architecture, recurring revenue streams, product and portfolio management, all based on deep customer insights and analytics. Most recently, he has been spending time with organizations to develop strategic narratives that incorporate the impact of Cloud, SaaS, and Artificial Intelligence.
Jorge’s account portfolio is global, and he has led multiple projects in North America, South America, and Asia. Beyond his client work, he is responsible for the development of all managers in the firm and is a member of the global DEI Committee.
Before Prophet, Jorge has held various management positions at blue-chip companies such as DuPont and PepsiCo, where he co-led the strategy team for the $5B foodservice business unit.
Jorge is a sought-after commentator on brand and business. He has authored several articles on the topics of innovation, brand, and marketing strategy which have been published on Forbes, Fortune, and the Washington Post. He also was a contributor to the book: Perspectives on Purpose: Leading Voices on Building Brands and Businesses for the Twenty-First Century.”
Jorge sits on the board of the American Marketing Association where he is responsible for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
