Kristen is a senior partner in Prophet’s Atlanta office, specializing in digital transformation strategies that guide brands toward uncommon growth and exceptional relevance.
She’s powered by curiosity and speed–fast enough to keep up with her two teenagers. And she thrives while unraveling complex business challenges, distilling the root problem and defining clear solutions. Kristen has built her career on the combination of deep client-centricity and hands-on practical experience, working in digital product, marketing, technology and design. Previously, she worked at Publicis Sapient, leading a portfolio of consumer products, including Estee Lauder, IBM, Caterpillar, Polaris, SC Johnson, J.M. Smucker and Unilever.
Her passion is finding and developing talent and building trusted relationships. She is a member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.
Kristen is a published thought leader on digital transformation strategy for consumer goods and retail sectors, featured in Vogue Business, Reuters and the Wall Street Journal.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Bradley University. And she’s always ready to talk about any new fitness workout, wine or cooking.
