Mishal is a senior engagement manager in Prophet’s London office where she partners with global B2C and B2B brands in media, telecoms, automotive, hospitality and financial services to deliver high-impact value and craft sustainable growth strategies. Her recent work focuses on defining value drivers and exploring new pathways to growth in emerging markets.

Before joining Prophet, Mishal accumulated a decade of diverse professional experience in brand and customer experience, ranging from managing some of the world’s leading FMCG brands at L'Oréal to consulting for B2B manufacturing brands in China and Hong Kong. Mishal has worked across Canada, India, Australia, Hong Kong, Denmark and the United Kingdom, bringing a wealth of experience in driving successful transformation across regions.
