Paul is a partner in Prophet’s London office, helping companies transform by rethinking their organization and culture. He has more than 20 years of experience coaching clients on everything from change management and leadership development to merger integration.

Paul is an organisational psychologist, which means he sees business strategy through the lens of people and their behavior. He understands human oddities (James Frey’s A Million Little Pieces is his favorite book) as well as their potential (he believes Ireland will someday win the Rugby World Cup). And he is an expert on how organizations can harness both to achieve meaningful growth. Before joining Prophet, he held management and consulting roles at Daggerwing, PwC, SAIC, and IBM, working with clients in pharma, travel, financial services and the public sector.

When he’s not looking for ways to apply psychology and creativity for practical business benefit, he’s probably golfing, hanging out with his kids or listening to Radiohead. Paul holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, which he obtained from the University of Hertfordshire, following a BSc in Psychology at the University of Dundee.
