A research-based innovation system company spent decades refining a specialized creative problem-solving methodology but was limited to the guidance of expert human facilitators. As AI reshapes how organizations work and access tools, the company began to consider how they might translate a nuanced, human-led process into a scalable, AI format that broadens access to a wider audience without diluting the process or losing precision. A digitized solution needed to be considered in order for the business to stay relevant within a rapidly evolving market.
Solution
Prophet’s Uncommon Growth Lab (UGL) partnered with the client to build AI facilitation skills within Claude cowork to guide users through the CPS process step by step. Each skill was designed using context from expert facilitators, iterative refinement to ensure decades of facilitator insights were translated into AI instructions.
Results
Prophet’s UGL built AI facilitation and participant skills within Claude cowork. Co-designed with master facilitators through live sessions and iterative refinement, we were able to deliver AI tools that successfully runs the process, providing the client momentum to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving and AI-forward market.
