Prophet Appoints Andres Nicholls to Executive Committee Following Promotion to Chief Creative Officer

SAN FRANSISCO, CA – Leading strategic and creative growth consultancy Prophet announced the promotion of Andres Nicholls to Chief Creative Officer. In addition to his promotion to the firm’s leadership ranks, Nicholls is being named to Prophet’s Executive Committee.

Nicholls will be responsible for helping the executive team chart the next chapter of creative at Prophet, including honing its creative value propositions, optimizing ways of working between disciplines and continuing to uplevel the quality of creative work.

Since joining in 2009, Nicholls has played a critical role in building the global design practice at Prophet, producing stunning and impactful creative for marquee clients such as AT&T, AbbVie, Allergan Aesthetics, AXA, Emart, JetBlue, J.P. Morgan, Scholastic, Target, UBS and more. Prior to Prophet, Nicholls was a design partner at Lippincott, where he led transformative work for brands such as The Art Institute of Chicago, Citibank, Citizens Bank, Gore-Tex, RadioShack, Walmart, Vale, Samsung, and Taca Airlines. He combines his background in architecture with many years in brand consulting to drive breakthrough creative.

Move Follows Promotions: Hahn to Chief People Officer & Nicholls to Chief Creative Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Leading strategic and creative growth consultancy Prophet announced the promotions of Alix Hahn to Chief People Officer and Andres Nicholls to Chief Creative Officer. In addition, both are also being named to Prophet’s Executive Committee.
“Alix Hahn and Andres Nicholls have both played pivotal roles in growing Prophet over their long tenures and I know they will have even more impact in their new executive roles,” said Michael Dunn, Chairman and CEO of Prophet. “Their advancements recognize their significant contributions to the firm and its clients.”
Hahn was promoted to the Chief People Officer role after serving as Interim Chief People Officer since September 2023, and as an SVP leading global recruiting since 2003. She will continue to be responsible for Prophet’s global talent strategy while also stewarding all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, L&D, HR operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, culture & engagement, and more for the firm’s 500-plus employees around the world.

NEW YORK – As it seeks to help marketers understand brand as a value and growth driver, the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) has launched a new “Brand Practice,” with leading strategy and creative firm Prophet, signing on as a flagship sponsor.
Together, the ANA and Prophet will create thought leadership and experiences for the ANA’s 1,700 corporate members, providing the tools and insights to help them tackle today’s brand challenges. The platform will include content on ways to turn brands into engines for growth, new thinking on integrating brand and performance, and measuring the impact of brands on business performance.
