Virginia is an associate partner in Prophet’s Hong Kong office, with 20 years of experience in brand strategy, consumer insight, innovation and integrated marketing tactics.

With the trained ear of a journalist, she’s committed to listening to people. Through her customer-centric approach, she analyzes consumer behavior, trends and feedback, developing growth strategies for clients in the hospitality, consumer, financial services and insurance industries. She has led differentiated brand and communications strategies to help drive business growth for such companies as Facebook, JP Morgan, HSBC, Cigna, Marriott International and Volkswagen.

Before joining Prophet, she directed strategy for CatchOn, a Finn Partners Company based in Hong Kong. She’s a sought-after speaker, presenting at WPP Stream Asia, the Mandarin Oriental Global Marketing Meeting, Further East and the Nepal Tourism Board.

Virginia earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and is on the board of Zonta Club of Hong Kong II, helping build a better world for women. In her downtime, she uses her investigative skills to prowl the snack aisles for insights into local tastes. She’s addicted to Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
