Prophet Welcomes Justine James as a Partner in EMEA 

LONDON – Prophet is proud to announce the appointment of Justine James as a partner in its London office. In her new role, Justine will play a pivotal part in advancing the firm’s capabilities in organizational and cultural transformation. 

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Justine joins Prophet from talentsmoothie, a consultancy she founded focused on organizational development. Throughout her extensive career, Justine has been dedicated to strengthening the relationship between organizations and their employees, fostering mutual growth and success. 

Justine will also sit on the EMEA leadership team, where her expertise will be instrumental in applying Prophet’s human-centered approach to its growth and transformation work for clients in the region. “Joining Prophet marks an exciting new chapter for me,” said Justine. “I look forward to leveraging my experience and insights to help our clients develop forward-thinking, human-centered solutions that deliver tangible results and lasting success.” 

Throughout her career, Justine has played an instrumental role in guiding prestigious clients such as AstraZeneca, Lindt & Sprüngli, Kuoni, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and KPMG toward achieving outstanding employee experiences.
