LONDON – Prophet, the Uncommon Growth Company, announced that Partner Dr. Stephan Schusser and Associate Partner Kirsten Feld-Türkis will once again serve on the jury for the Deutscher Nachhaltigkeitspreis (DNP), Germany’s leading sustainability awards. 

The awards ceremony, along with a high-profile two-day sustainability conference, will take place in Düsseldorf this December. Widely regarded as Europe’s leading recognition for sustainable innovation and impact, the awards celebrate organizations and individuals driving meaningful change. 

The prizes honor transformative achievements across categories and industries such as corporate, products, architecture, healthcare, and start-ups. Focused on accelerating change in areas like climate action, resource efficiency and social responsibility, they support the UN’s 2030 Agenda and Germany’s national sustainability strategy. Winners are chosen by expert juries for their business models, product innovations, actions, and long-term vision.

SAN FRANCISCO – Prophet, the uncommon growth company, announced that it has supported Swiss news ​company​ 20 Minuten in developing and launching a bold new brand strategy, visual identity and digital format. 

20 Minuten is one of Switzerland’s most widely read media platforms. The new identity signals 20 Minuten’s transformation from a commuter newspaper to a dynamic, digital news source. It was unveiled and launched at a ​client​ and press reception in Zurich on October 2, 2025. 

The new format addresses a gap in the Swiss media landscape, appealing to a younger demographic by seamlessly combining credible journalism and engaging content in one service. The new platform covers a full spectrum of news, from politics to sport, entertainment, and lifestyle. 

A significant part of this project was refreshing 20 Minuten’s visual identity, reimagining the brand’s iconic blue tile that was originally part of its logo. This now acts as a flexible design system capable of showcasing multiple stories, moods, and messages at once. Prophet’s visual system allows the brand to better reflect the breadth of content that 20 Minuten delivers daily, while retaining clarity and accessibility.

‘Hats’ Off to Risk: Beazley and Prophet Debut Visually Bold Campaign

LONDON – Prophet, the Uncommon Growth Company, announced its ongoing collaboration with global insurer Beazley to develop and launch Hats, a bold new brand campaign. 

Beazley is a global specialty insurer with more than four decades of experience in underwriting and claims services across a broad range of risks. Their Hats brand campaign brings a fresh, visually arresting twist to how Beazley tells its risk story, building on its 2023 brand refresh, also led by Prophet. 

The visual centerpiece of the campaign is a striking series of hand-painted, photorealistic portraits of Beazley’s historic bowler hat, each uniquely styled to represent a different area of specialist risk. The concept creatively illustrates Beazley’s ability to “wear many hats” in service of its clients, reinforcing the breadth and depth of its expertise. 

Beazley’s story began with two chairs and a hat stand, eventually leading them to Lloyd’s of London. Their iconic bowler hat, reimagined by still life painter Joel Penkman, takes center stage in a series of photorealistic portraits, each styled to represent a distinct area of risk. 

Launched on September 22, the Hats campaign is now live across London Underground stations and major transport hubs, bringing bold storytelling and a quietly confident brand presence.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Justine joins Prophet from talentsmoothie, a consultancy she founded focused on organizational development. Throughout her extensive career, Justine has been dedicated to strengthening the relationship between organizations and their employees, fostering mutual growth and success.
